A business must disclose the terms of the autorenewal / continuous service agreement:
- BEFORE the consumer enters into the agreement;
- BEFORE any autorenewal of the agreement; and
- BEFORE the business makes any significant change to the agreement, in which case the business must tell the consumer about the change and about the steps the consumer must take to cancel.
