As of January 1, 2018, each municipality is responsible for the permitting and enforcement of all bingo games, bazaars and raffles taking place in their town.

The Gaming Division works to ensure the highest degree of integrity in the conduct of all forms of legalized gambling within the State of Connecticut and the federally recognized Tribal Nations.
Our division provides credentials to all individuals and entities that are involved with legalized gambling. Through monitoring and education we help ensure compliance with gaming laws and the Tribal-State agreements. Our objective is to assure honesty, fairness, and public confidence in all facets of gaming for the highest-quality benefit to the state.
