Data and Policy Analytics (DAPA)

Welcome to Data and Policy Analytics

The Data and Policy Analytics (DAPA) unit oversees the collection, analysis, coordination, and sharing of data at the Office of Policy and Management. DAPA is also responsible for the State Data Plan, the CT Open Data Portal, P20 WIN, and the GIS Office. Secure inter-agency data use is a critical piece of Governor Lamont’s vision for user-friendly policymaking that’s cost-effective and results-driven. If you’re a state agency, we at DAPA are here to support all your data needs, including:

  • Open data (publishing, visualizations, etc.)
  • Data integration (identifying data sources and data linkage/matching)
  • Analytics (strategy development, etc.)
  • Mapping and geospatial data
  • Data best practices
  • Data coordination and facilitation
