THC-Infused Beverages: New Restrictions

Effective July 1, only licensed cannabis retailers and package stores will be allowed to offer THC-infused beverages for retail sale. No business, other than a licensed cannabis retailer or package store, can offer THC-infused beverages for retail sale on or after July 1, 2024.
