Other than the official recording prepared by the Board of Pardons and Paroles, the recording of livestreamed proceedings is strictly prohibited, pursuant to C.G.S. §1-226. This includes audio recording, video recording through a cellphone, screen capture, screen shot, print screen, or any other recording types. Members of the public may request a copy of a hearing via a Freedom of Information request directed to BOPPFOI@ct.gov. The Board of Pardons and Paroles will only accept

 Absolute Pardon and Certificate of Employability applications electronically.
