ttorney General William Tong today announced a $714,446 joint state and federal settlement with Dent Plus Family Dentistry, L&M Family Dentistry and owners Ivan Makar and Oleg Losin, resolving allegations that the dental practices violated state and federal False Claims Act statutes through prohibited fees paid to a “patient recruiting” company.
