Save the Date: CT 8th Annual Secondary Transition Symposium: My Goals, My Future, My Life!

The 8th Annual Symposium, being held virtually, will build the capacity of educators and other professionals, in partnership with middle and high school students with disabilities and their families, to improve secondary transition planning and services. Youth Voice & Leadership are vital! Please make plans to have your students attend. Sessions will be offered for students/youth, parents/families, and educators/professionals.
