Zoom information will be sent after registering for the session. Registration links cannot be provided during the session, so please register early!

CT Transition CoP Vision
All students, families, and other key players in the transition planning process will have access to current information necessary to plan for, develop, and implement postsecondary goals and annual transition goals with short-term objectives in order to achieve the student’s individualized vision of life after school. Save the Date: CT 8th Annual Secondary Transition Symposium: My Goals, My Future, My Life!
The 8th Annual Symposium, being held virtually, will build the capacity of educators and other professionals, in partnership with middle and high school students with disabilities and their families, to improve secondary transition planning and services. Youth Voice & Leadership are vital! Please make plans to have your students attend. Sessions will be offered for students/youth, parents/families, and educators/professionals.
- Day 1: Tuesday, February 7, 2023 – 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Day 2: Tuesday, February 14, 2023 –12:30-4:00 p.m.
- Day 3: Tuesday, February 28, 2023 – 5:30-7:30 p.m.
