Participating Insurance Companies The following websites can be used to obtain company specific information on individual long-term care (LTC) insurance policies approved by the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care: When contacting an insurance company, ask for information on "Connecticut Partnership" LTC policies.  If you would like the company to refer you to an Agent, ask for a "Partnership Certified Agent."
