This page provides updated information about the procurement standards for PSAs and POS contracts.

Update:

The Office of Policy and Management has made technical revisions to "Procurement Standards: For Personal Service Agreements and POS Contracts" (issued on February 17, 2009).

The technical revisions include corrected typographical, hyperlinking, outlining, and grammatical errors. The updated document (issued March 18, 2009) does not contain any substantive changes.

Any State agency that has already submitted a memo or e-mail to OPM stating that the procurement standards have been incorporated into the agency's written procedures is NOT required to submit any additional memo or e-mail pursuant to this update.
