State Analytical Reporting System - STARS
The Statewide Analytical Reporting System, also known as STARS, is a business intelligence system that provides the State with advanced analytical and reporting capabilities for its human capital management and financial management transaction data in CORE-CT.
STARS provides:
• Highly interactive reports to support analytical decision-making
• Facilitates trend analysis for tracking business performance over time
• Supports a variety of presentation formats
• Allows users to dynamically move from a summarized view to a more detailed view
