Transportation Finance Panel
The Governor's Transportation Finance Panel is a group of experts in transportation, finance, and economic development charged with examining funding options and developing recommendations that will make Governor Malloy's 30-year, $100 billion vision to modernize Connecticut's transportation infrastructure a reality. This panel will develop revenue and finance options that will fund this vision in the most prudent and cost-effective way possible in order to create a best-in-class transportation system for the state.

- Emil Frankel: Consultant on transportation policy; Former Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Transportation (1991-1995); Former Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy, U.S. Department of Transportation (2002-2005)
The public is encouraged to recommend options for funding and financing the delivery of the numerous infrastructure projects necessary over the next several decades. Recommendations may be submitted to the following email address, and will be distributed to panel members: OPM.GovTransport@ct.gov.
