Remote Access Resources
Overview
The resources on this page will assist you in setting up your State of Connecticut Office 365 (O365) account and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Once this is done you can use the additional installers found below to assist with your connections to internal desktop workstations or Virtual Desktops. Your manager and supervisor may offer you guidance on which you should use.
Office 365 & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup
NOTE 1: The “DSS RD Web Access” installer & connectivity work for Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 & 10 Operating systems only at this time. Alternate connectivity options will be posted later.
NOTE 2: On Windows 10 Machines with “Windows Smartscreen” enabled you may need to click “More Info” and “Run Anyway” for the installer to work correctly.
