Located at the corner of Corbin and Osgood Avenues.
From the Hartford Area: Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 37, Fienemann Road. Bear right off exit ramp. At the third traffic light turn right onto Corbin Avenue. Go past Hospital for Special Care though the next light and take an immediate left into the parking lot.
From Points West, and the Waterbury/Danbury Areas: Take Interstate 84 East to Exit 36, Slater Road (left exit). Go straight at light onto Sterling Street. At the second stop sign turn left onto Corbin Avenue. Driveway for SCCC is approx. ¼ mile on the right, (off Corbin Avenue).
From the Middletown Area: Take Route 9 North to Exit 22, Route 9 North. Follow Route 9 North to Exit 28, Route 72 West. Take Route 72 West to Exit 7, Corbin Avenue Turn Right at the light. Continue on Corbin Avenue through four lights. SCCC is just before the 5th light on the right.
From the New Haven Area and the Connecticut Shoreline: Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 22, Route 9 North. Follow Route 9 North to Exit 28, Route 72 West. Take Route 72 West to Exit 7, Corbin Avenue. Turn Right at the light. Continue on Corbin Avenue through four lights. SCCC is just before the 5th light on the right.

From I-91 (NORTH and SOUTH) and from East of the River:
In Hartford, take I-84 West, in less than a mile from the I-91 interchange, get off at Asylum Street, Exit 48
At the signal at the bottom of the ramp, make a gradual right, staying to the left of the form on to Farmington Avenue
Take an immediate left at the signal on to Broad Street (at the YWCA)
Take a left at the State Armory and another left at the end of this short access road*
From the WEST:
Take I-84 East to Capitol Avenue, Exit 48B, bearing right toward the Capitol area and staying to the right of the ramp
At the bottom of the ramp, turn right on to Capitol Avenue
At the signal turn right into the driveway for the Legislative Office Building*
From ROUTE 44:
Take Asylum Avenue from North Main Street in West Hartford
At Hartford Insurance Group Headquarters Building Intersection, take Right onto Broad Street
Take a left at the State Armory and another left at the end of this short access road*
PARKING AT THE LEGISLATIVE OFFICE BUILDING:
There is a parking garage directly behind the Legislative Office Building.
Skywalk to the Legislative Office Building is on the top level of the parking garage.
