02/25/2011 - HITE-CT Legal Consultant RFP (Closed)
On 01/23/2011, the Health Information Technology Exchange of Connecticut (HITE-CT) requested proposals for legal consultation services from law firms with offices in Connecticut. The RFP requested proposals from law firms with demonstrated expertise in health information exchange / health information technology with an emphasis in the field of health data privacy and security as well as having an excellent track record in providing general legal consultation to governmental entities in particular, quasi-public agencies. 02/15/2011 - HITE Strategic and Operational Plan Overview An overview of the DPH/HITE-CT planning process and specific responses to the ONC's requirements was presented at the February 2011 HITE-CT Board meeting. 12/13/2010 - CT HIE Sustainability Model

12/02/2010 - HIE Strategic and Operational Plan (Revised)
The revised HIE Strategic & Operational Plan was submitted to ONC on December 2nd. The package also included the Commissioner's transmittal letter and a summary document to support meaningful use.

The Board adopted the following bylaws:
