Scope of Work: |
Selective and general demolition, mold abatement, asbestos abatement, PCB abatement, and lead abatement. Elevation of residence and removal of some portions of the foundation, and the construction of a new pier-type foundation. Protection of existing landscape, erosion controls and excavation activities. Relocation of existing mechanical items. Renovation to an existing bathroom to incorporate the laundry. Scope for this project to encompass most if not all divisions of construction. Add alternate included. |
