Scope of Work: |
Selective demolition, lifting existing house framing, new unit masonry foundation walls on existing foundation, new concrete footings and slabs on grade, new wood framed floor above garage, selective interior renovations, new exterior doors and windows as shown on the Drawings, new roofing and replacement of existing roof over front entry, modifications to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to accommodate lifting of structure, Asbestos Abatement and Lead Based Paint Abatement.
