Scope of Work:

Selective and general demolition, asbestos abatement and lead abatement.  Demolition includes removal of exiting garage, slab, rear deck in full, and interior select demolition.  This residence will be elevated and, as such, will require the removal of some portions of the foundation and the construction of a new pier-type foundation.  Mechanicals will be moved and re-used/replaced.  The scope for this project will encompass most if not all divisions of construction.
