Department of Banking Public Hearing Calendar

In accordance with Section 149 of June Special Session Public Act 21-2 (effective July 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022), which permits an agency to hold a public meeting that is accessible to the public by means of electronic equipment or by means of electronic equipment in conjunction with an in-person meeting, the Department of Banking is using the Microsoft Teams platform to conduct public hearings by videoconference.

Please review the Department's Remote Hearing Procedures for technology, procedure and participation requirements. The Department office remains closed to the public.  All parties and the general public should not report to the Department on the date of the scheduled hearing.
