    Adaptively reusing the former CT Transit site at 470 James Street into a unique tech-campus, complete with incubator and coworking space.

  • Capewell Lofts - Hartford

    State loans funds have been utilized in the remediation of the Capewell Lofts located in the former Capewell Horsenail Factory site located at 70 Popieluszko Court, Hartford.

  • Capital Avenue Apartments - Hartford

    State brownfield funds in the amount of $1,300,000 were used for the remediation and abatement of a 1.98 acre former office/warehouse commercial building, located at 390 Capitol Avenue in Hartford.

  • Cherry Street Lofts - Bridgeport

    State brownfield loan funds were used for predevelopment site work related to the removal of hazardous conditions including remediation, abatement and demolition.

  • Clock Factory - New Haven

    State brownfield funds will be used for the remediation and revitalization of a 1.9 acre site that was formerly known as the New Haven Clock Factory.

  • Hartford Hospital CESI - Hartford

    The new building has provided the CESI program with an additional 30,000 square feet of space for simulation areas, electronic training facilities, and research laboratories.

  • Hockanum Mill - Vernon

    The goal is to restore 10 buildings, 150,000 square feet for commercial and industrial space on the 11 acre property.

    Creating a downtown revitalization and enhancement project which has developed Mansfield downtown into a vibrant and economically successful mixed use development known as Storrs Center.
