Subject and Number       Policy 31-8-11.1, Juvenile Services Case Transfer

Explanation        This new policy discusses the process to be followed when the Department of Children and Families determines that a child under the age of 18 will be unable to return home by the conclusion of his or her delinquency commitment and the Juvenile Services (JS) case is transferred to Child Protective Services (CPS) for ongoing services.
