Overview
Municipal Access to the Judicial Electronic Bridge (MA-JEB) is a computer application developed by the Judicial Branch to provide access to Adult Probation information for authorized law enforcement personnel. MA-JEB was introduced in June 2008 and has received a very positive response.
MA-JEB is used by local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as State’s Attorneys’ offices across Connecticut, to support public safety and informed decision-making.
What MA-JEB Provides
MA-JEB provides access to client profile information, including:
- Address and identifying information
- Open cases and sentenced closed cases
- Photographs
Each case also includes:
- Probation officer name and contact information
- Office location
- Dockets and charges
- Conditions of probation
- Probation start and end dates
Based on statutory restrictions, certain information and certain offenders are not available through this system, including juvenile probation, youthful offender information, and closed diversionary programs.
