State of Connecticut Board of Pardons and Paroles

The Board of Pardons and Paroles will only accept

 Absolute Pardon and Certificate of Employability applications electronically.

        • Absolute Pardon (Full Pardon/Expungement/Erasure)

        • Certificate of Employability

        • Commutation by Current Offender
