The Workers’ Compensation Commission is issuing an update to the Professional Guide for Attorneys, Physicians, and Other Health Care Practitioners Guidelines for Cooperation.
This update deals specifically with the definitions and reimbursement rates for One-Time Medical Evaluations and Second Opinions. The changes will be effective for dates of service beginning September 1, 2019.
