Tables for determining the workers' compensation benefits for Connecticut workers injured between October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 are now available. These tables can be obtained from:

The cost for the tables through Rapid Print & Copy is as follows. Payment by check is required.

$23.93 ($22.50 plus $1.43 sales tax) if picked up.
$30.31 ($22.50 plus $6.00 shipping and handling plus $1.81 sales tax) if ordered by mail.
