As Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Commission of the state of Connecticut, I am pleased to announce an update to the workers’ compensation fee schedule, effective April 1, 2004.
Published by Ingenix, the Official Connecticut Practitioner Fee Schedule 2004 Update will reflect all changes to the April 1, 2002 schedule and the 2003 update. As a result of numerous discussions with all parties, this current addendum will include revisions and clarification of some rules, and the new 2004 CPT® codes. This new publication should be used in conjunction with the fee schedule published April 1, 2002 and the 2003 update.
This new publication will be effective for medical services rendered on or after April 1, 2004, regardless of the date of injury, that are payable to health care providers authorized or permitted to render care under the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Act.
