In order to more closely align with Connecticut Practice Book §67-3 and the procedures utilized by the Appellate and Supreme Courts, effective July 1, 2026, briefs submitted to the Compensation Review Board (CRB) will have a limit of 35 pages. All page limitations shall be exclusive of party appendices, the cover page, table of contents, table of authorities, or attachments, if any. Briefs shall not exceed the page limits set forth herein except by permission of the Chairperson. Requests for permission to exceed the page limitations shall be filed with the CRB, stating both the compelling reason for the request and the number of additional pages sought.
