Student Overview and Q&A Webinars

When school districts got to spend their portion of American Rescue plan dollars, the Connecticut State Department of Education set funding priorities:

  • Learning Acceleration, Academic Renewal, and Student Enrichment
  • Family and Community Connections
  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health of the Students and of our School Staff
  • Strategic Use of Technology, Staff Development, and the Digital Divide
  • Building Safe and Healthy Schools

Your proposal must align with at least one of these priorities. The materials below will help explain the priorities, Voice4Change process, and eligibility requirements in more detail. If you have any questions after reading, e-mail them to SDE.ARPESSER@ct.gov
