Annual Statements have been sent for all active teachers as of January 14th. Annual Statements do not reflect service purchases completed AFTER June 2025. If you need to request a duplicate copy of your Annual Statement prior to February 2nd please contact your employing district. Inactive and State employed TRB members will receive their statements in February. The Annual Statement Center can be used to alert TRB of possible errors on your statement. Duplicate statements for the 2024-25 year will be added to the Annual Statement Center on February 2nd 2026.

DISABILITY EFFECTIVE DATE POLICY

Effective upon Board Approval

Effective March 9, 2016, a member who has been approved for a disability allowance by the Board’s Medical Review Committee may return to work, prior to the commencement of the disability allowance, for a period of time not to exceed three credited months of service.  If he or she finds they are unable to remain on the job due to their disability, they may complete the Disability Allowance Effective Date Election Form to activate their disability allowance.

In the event the member returns to work in excess of three months and finds they are unable to continue, they will need to reapply for the disability allowance, inclusive of updated medical reports from their physician(s) which will be reviewed by the Medical Review Committee for a new recommendation.
