TRB is aware of the issue regarding the attachment being unable to view or open in the monthly benefit notice emails. Please note that a new email with your notice will be sent once the issue is resolved. If you wish to report an issue, you can do so by accessing the Payment Issue Self Service The Connecticut Teachers’ Retirement Board has transitioned all pension payroll operations to a new platform as of August 31st. Members will be receiving newly designed benefit change notices (now referred to as Advices) summarizing this first payment on or after 8/29.
