Editing the Secondary Page from the Content Editor
Creating and editing the Secondary Page Most Popular Results List through the Content Editor is done from the Content Area under the Link Item Data section.
Most Popular Services List
Create a Most Popular Service
- Select the down arrow on the _resources folder then the Agency Topic Components folder to view the navigation topic files.
- Select the navigation topic you wish to add a Most Popular Service to. It will end with "Most Popular".
- Right-click and select Insert LinkItem.
- Enter the service name in the dialog box that appears, then select OK.
- Edit the following areas in the Link Item Data area:
- Create the service title hyperlink by selecting one of the options below:
- Insert link - Hyperlink a task, page, section, or document within your website
- Insert media link - Hyperlink a document or image within your Media Library
- Insert external link - Hyperlink to another website page
- Insert anchor - Hyperlink to an area further up or down on this page
- Insert email - Hyperlink to an email address
- Insert JavaScript - Hyperlink to a JavaScript file (Not Allowed)
- Follow - TBD (Currently does nothing)
- Clear - Clears the contents in the field
- Enter a Link Description to summarize the service that will appear on the results list.
- Leave the Associated Agency field blank.
- Leave the Show Link Description checkbox unchecked.
- Check the Show Link Agency to display the Agency name of a different website.
- Insert the Agency Link that links to the Agency website.
- Create the service title hyperlink by selecting one of the options below:
- Save your changes.
- Check in the page to unlock it.
Edit a Most Popular Service
- Select the down arrow on the _resources folder then the Agency Topic Components folder to view the navigation topic files.
- Select the down arrow on one of the topics (that ends in Most Popular) to view the services.
- Select the service you wish to edit:
- Edit the service title hyperlink by selecting one of the options below:
- Insert link - Hyperlink a task, page, section, or document within your website
- Insert media link - Hyperlink a document or image within your Media Library
- Insert external link - Hyperlink to another website page
- Insert anchor - Hyperlink to an area further up or down on this page
- Insert email - Hyperlink to an email address
- Insert JavaScript - Hyperlink to a JavaScript file (Not Allowed)
- Follow - TBD (Currently does nothing)
- Clear - Clears the contents in the field
- Edit the Link Description content to change the service summary that appears on the results list.
- Leave the Associated Agency field blank.
- Leave the Show Link Description checkbox unchecked.
- Check the Show Link Agency to display the Agency name of a different website.
- Edit the Agency Link that links to the Agency website.
- Edit the service title hyperlink by selecting one of the options below:
- Save your changes.
- Check in the page to unlock it.
Feature Boxes
Editing the Feature Boxes through the Content Editor is done from the Content Area under the CTA section.
- Select the 3 Feature boxes to display the properties.
- Select one of the three features to edit the following fields in the content area:
- Header One - Insert the title of the feature
- Summary One - Insert a brief description of the feature
- Image One - Insert an image (see Design Style Guide for size constraints)

Browse - This opens the Media Library to locate the image you wish to display.
- Properties - This opens a menu box to modify properties of the image such as the Alt text, image size, and spacing distance around the image.
- Open media library - This opens the Media tab of the Media Library where you can view and modify additional properties of the image such as location, title, keywords, etc.
- Edit image - This opens the Image Editor toolbox where you can resize, flip, or rotate your image.
- Clear - Clears the contents in the field
- Refresh - TBD

- Content Link One - Insert a hyperlink to a task, page, section, or document within your website or to an external website
- Repeat step 2 two more times to complete all three feature boxes.
- Save your changes.
- Check in the page to unlock it.
