The State Emergency Response Commission has updated its Guidance on EPCRA Reporting Requirements for CT Facilities and Businesses.  The Guide (PDF) is designed to be a standalone type of document that provides up-to-date link addresses to both state and federal reporting forms, free software and instructions for EPCRA Reporting Requirements.  Entities that would be affected by this guidance are those organizations and facilities subject to EPCRA and its implementing regulations found in 40 CFR parts 355 and 370.   If your facility prefers a paper copy of guidance and or forms, please feel free to contact the SERC at deep.ctepcra@ct.gov or call us at 860-424-3373.  The SERC will make every effort to assist you in reaching compliance with the EPCRA law and implementing regulations.
