Connecticut State Department of Education Kicks off the 2022-23 School Year with Superintendents; Joined by NASA Astronaut Dr. Bernard Harris
The Connecticut State Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education (BSE), is planning to implement a new Individualized Education Program (IEP) document and the Special Education Data System (CT-SEDS) in the 2022-23 school year. This page will provide up-to-date information, documents and tools to assist in the roll-out of the new IEP.
The CSDE developed a series of Preview Training Sessions that were released, recorded, and posted prior to the launch of CT-SEDS.
To supplement current and future formal training opportunities, the CSDE is offering a series of brief IEP Preview Sessions to highlight the new IEP template and how CT-SEDS will support the development and generation of an IEP.
These guides provide important information and descriptions (including screen shots) designed to assist the user with navigating the various processes within CT-SEDS.
