Purpose: The intent of this RFP is to retain a qualified transportation vendor or a consulting firm with expertise in analyzing regional school transportation systems; to evaluate and make recommendations on the RSCO School Choice transportation system considering ridership values, efficiencies, and cost. With the goal of supporting student participation in school choice while increasing efficiencies and minimizing cost and ride times.
