Title I in Connecticut
Consolidated grant funding has been provided through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson on April 11, 1965. It was reauthorized under the Every Student Succeeds Act, signed by President Obama in 2015. The state of Connecticut published its State Educational Agency (SEA) plan on August 14, 2017.
