Bridging Plans to Practice: A Process to Self-Assess Full Implementation of Connecticut Approved K–3 Reading Curriculum Models or Programs

This tool assists districts and schools with reflecting upon the following five key criteria, thereby maximizing their efforts toward full, effective implementation of Connecticut Approved K-3 Reading Curriculum Models or Programs:
- Literacy Leadership Systems and Structures;
- Implementation of a CT Approved K-3 Reading Curriculum Model or Program;
- Transformational K–3 Literacy Professional Learning;
- Actionable Literacy Assessment and Data-Driven Decision Making; and
- Engaged Families and Communities.
