Request for Proposals

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals to provide certain services related to assisting in the procurement of energy commodities for State accounts.

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide assistance to the State in its efforts to obtain electricity through a reverse auction process, within a stated timeframe.

Deadline for response submission is 2:00 P.M., April 24, 2007.

Introduction

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (hereinafter State) is seeking a proposer to assist the State in its efforts to obtain electricity through a reverse auction process.

 These services are authorized in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes, Section 16a-14e.
