Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange

The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management, is seeking proposals for legal services for the purpose of the organization of a newly created quasi-public entity.  Services include: creation of by-laws, employment contracts, standard contracts for services, policies and procedures, tax advice and other services as needed.

The intent of the request is to identify individuals or firms with the necessary expertise to provide the Health Insurance Exchange Board with the support needed to develop the new entity.
