What race, ethnicity, and language data should we provide?

The Office of Health Strategy relies on state agencies, boards, and commissions that work with healthcare information to collect and use race, ethnicity, and language (REL) data consistent with standards set by OHS. This includes any agencies and contractors that provide clinical services, behavioral health services, community health services and support, and public health services and surveillance.
