Statements of Financial Interests (SFI)

New Employees/Officials

Certain state employees and public officials are designated required filers of Statements of Financial Interests. A person who assumes a designated position which requires the filing of a Statement of Financial Interests after March 31, 2024, shall file a Statement of Financial interests for calendar year 2023 within 30 days of assuming such position.

Departing Employees/Officials

A person who leaves a position which requires the filing of a Statement of Financial Interests shall file a Statement of Financial Interests for the portion of the calendar year served.
