NEMT Overview

The Connecticut DSS NEMT Program is an important service that provides a way for Medicaid members and Covered CT enrollees throughout our State to get to their medical appointments when they have no other means of transportation.

Medical Transportation Management (MTM) is the current broker for arranging rides. Please contact MTM at 1-855-478-7350 or click here for assistance with your medical transportation.
