The Agency requires all employees to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Disclosure and Inspection Rules and Procedures memo. Please review the memo by August 7, 2026. Complete the acknowledgement by clicking the I Agree button at the end of the memo.

Managers: Kindly ensure that your team member(s) have finalized this process by Friday. This notification indicates that the employee listed above has not yet completed the required reminder.

Instructions

1. To view the memo, go to DRS Annual Reminder 2026;
2. There may be a message at top stating you have an older version. Just click on the REFRESH button at the right.
3. You will see a popup that says Almost there...Please click the Allow button;
4. Review the memo, click the I Agree button;
5. You will see a confirmation message for your records.
