MOLST Advisory Council

Established pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 19a-580i, the MOLST Advisory Council consists of health care providers, public health professionals and advocates that makes recommendations to the Commissioner concerning the requirements of the MOLST program prescribed in Section 19a-580h.
