View and Add Titers

Titers can be viewed and added by health care providers to their patient's records in CT WiZ. Titers impact the Recommender and appear on the official CT WiZ immunization record. 

The following titers are available to add to patient records in CT WiZ:

• Measles (Laboratory evidence of Immunity for Measles Titer)
• Mumps (Laboratory evidence of Immunity for Mumps Titer)
• Rubella (Laboratory evidence of Immunity for Rubella Titer)
• Hepatitis A (Laboratory evidence of Immunity or confirmation of Hepatitis A Disease Titer)
• Hepatitis B (Laboratory evidence of Immunity or confirmation of Hepatitis B Disease Titer)
• Varicella (Laboratory evidence of Immunity or confirmation of Varicella Disease Titer)
