How do I access the online MOLST Course?

Accessing the MOLST Course on CT TRAIN 

  1. Go to https://www.train.org/connecticut 
  2. Once on the website, select "Create an Account: and the required information. NOTE: New users must register for a username and password.
  3. After creating an account, click on the magnifying glass, type in "MOLST" or enter the Course ID, then click on search to bring you to the right MOLST course page. Courst titles and IDs are provided in the section below.
  4. Click on the green "launch" button.
  5. Complete the course and accompanying quiz. Eligible providers must score a 100% to receive their certificate.

For members of the public who wish to learn more about MOLST, you can access the MOLST Overview training on Vimeo at this link: MOLST Overview Video

Please note that watching this video will not count towards the eligible provider certification.
