CMHC - Substance Abuse Treatment Unit (SATU)
The Substance Abuse Treatment Unit (SATU) of the Connecticut Mental Health Center, is a cooperative endeavor of the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and the Department of Psychiatry of Yale University School of Medicine. Since 1968, SATU has provided substance abuse evaluations, treatment, and referrals for the Greater New Haven community.
CMHC - Deaf/Deaf Blind/Hard of Hearing (DHOH) Services
CMHC DHOH Services are person-centered and recovery-oriented services that are culturally and linguistically affirmative for Deaf, Deaf Blind, and Hard-of-Hearing adults, who are eighteen (18) and older with persistent mental illness and/or substance use problems.
CMHC - Forensic Drug Diversion (ForDD) Clinic
The Forensic Drug Diversion (ForDD) Clinic is a satellite clinic of the Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) and represents a cooperative endeavor between DMHAS and the Law and Psychiatry Division of the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. The ForDD Clinic’s mission is to provide best practice procedures and to offer outpatient, evidenced-based therapies to substance abusing men and women with criminal justice involvement.
