RBCR Implementation Workgroup
DEEP and DECD have co-convened a RBCR Implementation Workgroup was pursuant to CGS section 22a-134tt(b). The Workgroup will meet quarterly to evaluate the implementation and efficacy of the Release-Based Cleanup Program until February 1, 2030.
