Unless otherwise indicated, meetings will be held on the second Thursday of every month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Russell Hearing Room on the third floor of the Offices of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, 79 Elm Street in Hartford.|
