DEEP headquarters at 79 Elm Street in Hartford has partially re-opened to staff and members of the public as of Tuesday, February 3. The DEEP records room has re-opened. The DEEP Central Permit Processing Unit (CPPU) will be open to the public starting on Wednesday, Feb. 4. For updates, click here

REACT and Release-Based Cleanup Regulation Training and Questions

Questions about the RBCRs and the REACT portal may be submitted using this Question submittal tool (QR code below) or send an email to DEEP.RemediationDivision@ct.gov. Responses to submitted questions will be provided in updates to Frequently Asked Questions documents, Q&A annexes to training courses, or individually if appropriate.
