Notice of Extension of the Comment Period 

Application of Iroquois Gas Transmissions System, L.P. (Brookfield)

On July 31, 2025, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (“Department”) published notice of its tentative determination regarding application numbers 202003147; 202003148; 202003146 & 202003805 submitted by Iroquois Gas Transmissions System, L.P. for regulated activities proposed at its compressor station located at 78 High Meadow Rd., Brookfield.

The Department has received multiple requests to extend the 30-day public comment period specified in such Notice of Tentative Determination.  The Department has considered these requests and hereby extends the public comment period, the public comment period will now end on September 16, 2025.  Comments regarding this application may be submitted via electronic mail to: james.grillo@ct.gov.
