Federal Performance Evaluation of the Connecticut Coastal Management Program
Pursuant to the federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, a public meeting will be held as part of the federal performance evaluation of the Connecticut Coastal Management Program. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Meigs Point Nature Center meeting room at Hammonasset Beach State Park, 1288 Boston Point Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443 to provide an opportunity for members of the public to express their opinions about the implementation of the state’s coastal management program. Written comments are encouraged, and participation at the public meeting is not required for submission. Stakeholders and members of the public may provide written comments by email to Ralph.Cantral@NOAA.gov no later than Friday, October 7, 2022. Members of the public should refer to the DEEP Calendar of Events at https://www.depdata.ct.gov/calendar/ for the official schedule in this matter, including cancellation, or other schedule alterations.
